Permissions Child's Name * First Name Last Name Traveling throughout the park Adventure Wings is a fully outdoor program which headquarters at North Seatac Park. We will meander as a group throughout the park as well as neighboring areas including the Seatac Community Center & botanical gardens. Means of transportation will be walking. Campers will be lead by a camp leader and will be required to remain within close proximity, in both visual and auditory range. By initialing below you acknowledge and authorize your child to travel via walking with the group throughout the park and surrounding areas. Field Trips No more than once per week we will plan a field trip to a local destination. Separate field trip permission forms will be released regarding the details of each of those field trips.
