Yes, all staff are CPR/First aid Trained and have passed a state background check.
How do you handle behavior or discipline issues?
We use positive reinforcement, redirection, and clear communication to guide behavior. As we are a fully-outdoor group that travels through the park freely; campers are required to stay with the group and follow directions from staff regarding safety. If children are unable to do so they pose a safety risk for themselves and the group and may be unable to attend. If there are particular concerns over behavior its best to discuss those on a case by case basis. We do not tolerate bullying of any kind.
How do I register and what’s the refund policy?
You can register on our main camp page by submitting the Summer Camp Reservation Request Form. Once received we will invoice for 50% of one weeks’ tuition and reservation is confirmed once payment is complete.
You pay remainder of the week’s tuition the Friday before the week scheduled. If more than one week is reserved full tuition is due the Friday prior for any remaining weeks.
There are no refunds on Registration Deposit however we can apply it to a different week if needed.
Typically, once tuition is paid it is non-refundable but there are certain exceptions that will be handled on a case by case basis.
